We deliver to the United Kingdom Mainland ONLY - Despatched FEDEX overnight - minimum order £40.00

All orders placed before 11:00am on Monday - Thursday will be despatched on that day and delivered the following day (subject to availability).

Orders placed after 11:00am on Monday - Wednesday will not be delivered the next day, but the day after (subject to availability).

Orders placed after 11:ooam on Thursday or at any time on Friday and over the weekend will be despatched on Monday for a Tuesday delivery (subject to availability).

Should a product not be available, you will be informed within four hours from placing your order, or by 11:00am if placed over night or at the weekend. PLEASE ENSURE YOU LEAVE A CONTACT NUMBER WHICH WE CAN REACH YOU ON, IF REQUIRED, WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER.

Should you require delivery to be on a specific day, please clearly state so when ordering. Should you require freezer labels with your order please say so at the time of ordering.

Our pâtés are available fresh chilled or can be frozen down upon receipt if so requied.

Fresh:- All pâtés have a fresh shelf-life of 28 days if they remain in their vacuum-sealed packaging, untouched and kept at temperatures of 4-5°C or less.

If opened from their vacuum-sealed packaging, all pâtés have a shelf-life of 14 days at temperatures of 4-5°C or less.

Frozen: - All pâtés have a frozen shelf-life of 12 months if they are frozen down upon receipt and they remain in their vacuum-sealed packaging, untouched and kept at temperatures of -18°C or below.

Our payment terms are strictly 14 days from date of invoice. Please note we are unable to release an order until payment has been received for the previous order.

With your first order you can have 5 pâtés of any mix of your choice. We will include all point of sales material. We will include a 500g pack for tasters and we will include a copy of Glenn Christian's new "Delicatessen Food Hand Book" for the starter price of £40.00 including carriage. This is restricted to your first order only.

Re-wrapping:
If our pâté is unwrapped, e.g. for slicing or portioning and then re-wrapped, the shelf-life given to the re-wrapped product must not exceed the shelf-life given to the original product as opened. Where the re-wrapped product shelf-life is to be greater than 10 days then this must be justified with respect to controlling factors taking into account such as non-proteolytic Clostridium Botulinum

As an ingredient:
Where our pâté is used as an ingredient in another product, the life of the final product shall not exceed that of the original life given to the ingredients. However, if the product is given a further heat treatment to destroy vegetative cells, e.g. 73°C for 2 minutes, the shelf-lives do not need to be incorporated into that of the final product providing the HACCP plan demonstrates that it remains fit for consumption.
